The Walk4Humanity route from Sunset Junction (at Sunset Blvd & Santa Monica Blvd in Los Angeles) to Sunset Blvd & Serrano Ave takes walkers through a vibrant stretch of East Hollywood, covering approximately 2 miles of Sunset Boulevard ending at the W4H Block Party.
WALK START - 9 AM
We meet to kick off the Walk4Humanity with a speech by Bamby Salcedo and then begin to walk to the Walk4Humanity Block Party.
BLOCK PARTY – 11 AM - 4 PM

Why We Walk
We are in an urgent moment.
Across the nation, Two-Spirit, Transgender, Gender Expansive, and Intersex (2TGI) people are facing unprecedented attacks — from anti-trans legislation to housing insecurity and healthcare disparities. Walk4Humanity is our answer. It's a radical act of visibility, resistance, and solidarity. Together, we will:
Amplify the voices of those too often silenced
Raise essential funds for The TransLatin@ Coalition’s life-changing services.
Celebrate the joy, power, and resilience of our communities
Stand united in the face of injustice
When we walk, we honor the stories, struggles, and strength of those who have paved the way and those who still fight every day for dignity and survival.

Every gift goes directly to expanding TLC’s services for the 2TGI community. Whether it’s $10 or $1,000, your donation makes a direct impact:
$50 = a month of mental health counseling
$200 = Supports emergency housing assistance for trans, gender expansive, and intersex individuals at risk of homelessness.
$1,000 = a community workshop for 50 participants
